Tra questi c&#8217;\u00e8 sicuramente la dieta. Fate attenzione per\u00f2 agli effetti collaterali<\/p>\n<p>Sicuramente in questo periodo siamo tutti intenzionati a lasciarci andare agli ultimi cenoni dell&#8217;anno per poi ricominciare con i buoni propositi per il 2012.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tra questi buoni propositi come al solito c&#8217;\u00e8 quello di iniziare una dieta che ci permetta di zittire i sensi di colpa e di perdere i chili accumulati nelle feste.<\/p>\n<p>Attenzione per\u00f2, perch\u00e8 un conto \u00e8 affidarsi ad un regime alimentare corretto, possibilmente prescritto da un buon nutrizionista, ed un altro affidarsi alle diete tanto di moda, per lo pi\u00f9 iperproteiche.<\/p>\n<p>Le diete iperproteiche di sicuro fanno dimagrire, e su questo concordano molti nutrizionisti, ma devono anche essere formulate in maniera corretta, prevedendo quindi una giusta percentuale di carboidrati e proteine.<\/p>\n<p>Se la dieta non \u00e8 formulata in maniera corretta infatti, si pu\u00f2 andare incontro a gravi carenze nutrizionali che si ripercuotono sul fisico e sull&#8217;umore.<\/p>\n<p>Vi propongo due video sui pericoli delle diete tanto di moda per farvi riflettere prima di cominciare con le restrizioni<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In questo periodo molti di noi si apprestano a stilare i buoni propositi per il 2012.
