Fluidifica il sangue, ha proprieta&#8217; antiossidanti, antiallergiche, combatte il colesterolo.<br \/>\nAvrebbe anche funzioni antitumorali anche se ha degli effetti negativi in termini di alito.<\/p>\n<p><b>Succo di Mirtilli<\/b><\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; meno famoso nelle nostre colazioni del succo d&#8217;arancia ma e&#8217; altrettanto piacevole e salutare. Antiossidante e&#8217; anche ricco di vitamina C e flavonoidi, ottimo aiuto per la salute delle arterie e contro il colesterolo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Olio d&#8217;Oliva<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Alimento antichissimo e simbolo stesso della dieta mediterranea, ricco di grassi monosaturi da millenni aiuta la salute dei popoli latini e non solo.<br \/>\nAnche lui ha un effetto riconosciuto di anticolesterolo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pomodoro<\/b><\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; la verdura piu&#8217; consumata al mondo dopo la patata.
