La notizia sensazionale \u00e8 controcorrente arriva da dall&#8217;Universit\u00e0 Medica di Graz. Secondo i ricercatori austriaci chi priva della carne la propria dieta aumenta del 50% il rischio di ammalarsi di cancro o subire un infarto. A ci\u00f2 si aggiungerebbe un aumentato rischio di allergie e implicazioni neurologiche quali depressioni e ansia.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Queste rischi sarebbero causati non tanto dalla insalubrit\u00e0 di frutta e verdura ma nel fatto che l&#8217;assenza di proteine a grassi animali renderebbe il regime alimentare sbilanciato e quindi carente.<br \/>\nLa carne e i suoi componenti viene in questo studio rivalutata come componente fondamentale della dieta umana, gli studiosi di Graz ne sostengono la fondamentariet\u00e0 in questo lavoro pubblicato dalla rivista PLos One ed \u00e8 intitolata &#8220;Austrian Health Interview Survey&#8221;.<br \/>\nLa tesi \u00e8 che nonostante i vegetariani abbiano in genere comportamenti di vita pi\u00f9 sani perch\u00e9 pi\u00f9 attenti a evitare vari comportamenti dannosi quali bere, fumare o fare poco movimento nonostante ci\u00f2 rischiano comunque le malattie di cui sopra.<br \/>\nLa ricerca ha creato forte dibattito perch\u00e9 evidentemente contraddice anni di precedenti ricerche che sostenevano la totale salubrit\u00e0 della dieta priva di carne.
