In questo articolo, esploreremo una selezione di cibi basati su evidenze scientifiche che contribuiscono al miglioramento dell&#8217;umore.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Contrariamente alla tristezza invernale, \u00e8 possibile affrontare questa fase dell&#8217;anno con cibi specifici che contrastano il malumore, permettendoci di vivere l&#8217;inverno con energia e vitalit\u00e0.
