Inoltre rispetto agli estrogeni di sintesi, i fitoestrogeni contenuti nella soia diminuiscono i livelli di colesterolo senza aumentare i trigliceridi,<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>si riducono i rischi di osteoporosi e secondo una recente ricerca della Shanghai Jiaotong University e dell\u2019American Cancer Society \u00e8 anche utilissima per combattere i rischi di cancro ai polmoni.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco quindi la dieta facile da seguire, che ci permetter\u00e0 anche di perdere almeno due chili alla settimana. Luned\u00ec a colazione latte di soia con caff\u00e8 (250 ml) con 4-5 biscotti alla soia mentre a pranzo 60 grammi di pasta al pomodoro, 100 grammi di tofu a cubetti saltato in padella con erba cipollina e 200 grammi di zucchine al vapore o grigliate. A cena 150 grammi di polipo con le patate, insalata di germogli di soia e champignons condita con 2 cucchiaini di olio, una mela.<\/p>\n<p>Marted\u00ec a colazione una spremuta di arancia e una fetta di pane alla soia con marmellata dietetica. A mezzogiorno 80 grammi di pasta al pomodoro, insalata di legumi misti freschi e una pera. La sera bistecca di soia alla griglia, 300 grammi di verdure miste (300 g) saltate e un panino integrale.<\/p>\n<p>Il terzo giorno si apre con la stessa colazione del primo mentre a pranzo 70 grammi di spaghetti con vongole bianche, insalata di pomodori condita con un cucchiaio d\u2019olio e un pacchetto di crackers alla soia. A cena due wurstel di soia alla griglia, 200 grammi di verdure grigliate e un panino integrrale. Gioved\u00ec a colazione come al marted\u00ec, a pranzo 70 grammi di pasta con i broccoli e un\u2019insalata verde mista con verdure di stagione mentre la sera spezzatino di soia con verdure a piacere, melanzane grigliate e un panino integrale. Venerd\u00ec a colazione 200 ml di yogurt alla soia con una banana, a pranzo hamburger di soia alla piastra, carote alla julienne con un cucchiaio di olio e un panino integrale.
