I 163 pazienti che avevano mangiato pesce ogni settimana avevano quasi cinque volte meno il rischio di contrarre l&#8217;Alzheimer o la demenza dieci anni dopo, secondo il dottor Ciro Raji.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Questo \u00e8 il primo studio che stabilisce una relazione diretta tra il consumo di pesce, la struttura del cervello e il rischio di Alzheimer&#8221;, ha aggiunto il medico.<\/p>\n<p>Mangiare pesce fritto per\u00f2 non aiuter\u00e0, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 a basso contenuto di Omega-3, i grassi che aiutano a prevenire il deterioramento del cervello, ha precisato il dottor Raji.<\/p>\n<p>Studi precedenti avevano dimostrato che un regolare esercizio fisico e mentale pu\u00f2 lo stesso ridurre il rischio di demenza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E&#8217;
