Infine tra le vitamine del gruppo B sono pi\u00f9 utili la vitamina B2 o riboflavina e la vitamina B6 o piridossina, che mantengono attivo il metabolismo e le funzioni della tiroide.<\/p>\n<p>Tra i minerali invece? Prezioso il ferro, perch\u00e9 una sua carenza spesso dovuta a diete troppo povere provoca effetti collaterali spiacevoli e nemici della dieta. Assumetelo con legumi, specie lenticchie, spinaci, fegato, cereali integrali. Importante anche il cromo che aiuta a ridurre l\u2019ansia per i dolci, regola i livelli di glucosio nel sangue. Si trova in verdure a foglia verde, germe di grano, banana. Infine lo iodio. La carenza di questo minerale conduce a prendere peso.
